This is our kind of place. The only thing that could make Monkey’s Cave better would be an ocean view. We love the men who served us, we love the creativity, and we love the margaritas. Do bring cash, because plastic will not get you one of these large margaritas served in beautiful margarita glasses.
Classic House – Made with Jimador Blanco, this is a good classic margarita. We give it 4 margarita glasses out of 5.
Cadillac – A better than average margarita made with Anejo, Grand Marnier. We give it 4.5 margarita glasses.
Mexican Monkey – Our first margarita with red and green peppers floating on the top and coconut milk. It works if you like coconut, and we do. Creativity and taste require the best rating we can give at 5 margarita glasses.
Monkey Business Drink – This is a frozen concoction with banana and chocolate mixed in with the tequila. It reminds us of Wet Wendy’s in Cozumel. The milk shake like drink was tasty and filling. We give it 3.5 margarita glasses.
