Fantasea Red Fish Rita
We decided to go to Kemah Boardwalk to celebrate friends’ birthdays and take a dinner cruise on the Fantasea. We met at Joe’s Crab Shack and while we waited to board, we tried several margaritas. It was a warm evening, so a nice, icy, frozen margarita was in order. We gave the House Frozen 3 margarita glasses, and the Strawberry Margarita made from fresh crushed strawberries 3 1/2 margarita glasses.
Once we boarded, we were able to view the drinks menu and decided to try the Fantasea Red Fish Rita. It was a refreshing margarita made with Gold Tequila, Grand Marnier, Orange Liqueur, and Sweet & Sour with a splash of cranberry juice. Unfortunately, it seemed quite watered down so we gave it 2 1/2 margarita glasses.
It was a lovely evening celebrating with friends aboard the Fantasea. We really appreciated the cloth table coverings, excellent service, and delicious meal along with entertainment as we cruised around Galveston Bay.
