Prickly Pear 
The front desk clerk at the Omni Hotel Southpark offered the names of two places with a good margarita. Fresa’s was nearby and I had two coworkers willing to join me, and one volunteered to be the designated driver. Yea! From the small gravel parking lot, I wasn’t overly hopeful of what we would find inside, but it was happy hour and we were hungry so we went in.
Inside the wall is a charming patio with small tables and large shade trees. We sat on the porch overlooking the patio and selected the Limon and Prickly Pear frozen margaritas made with Cimmaron Tequila and the Top Shelf made with Cimmaron, lime juice, agave, and Combier. The Prickly Pear was my favorite five margarita glasses. On a future visit, I will try some other combinations of tequilas and return for another Prickly Pear.
