The Boss
A visit to Fajita Jacks on Lake Conroe feels like a vacation. The restaurant has patio dining over looking the lake, as well as in door dining with views of the lake. It is so nice to watch the boats coming and going, some of which dock in front of the restaurant. Fajita Jacks has a great food menu for any kind of fajitas you could imagine, along with an extensive margaritas menu. The day we visited was a bit overcast, but still warm enough to sit on the patio.
We asked our waitress for suggestions on which margarita to order since there are so many choices, and she suggested The Boss. We decided to go with the frozen, but it can also be ordered on the rocks. It was a very good and smooth tasting margarita, made with patron silver, patron citronge orange and fresh squeezed lime juice. We gave it 4 margarita glasses out of 5.
With so many great choices and varieties of margaritas we know we will need to come back for a visit again.
